Recovery Associate
Job Description:
We are looking for confident, motivated and performance minded individuals to join our expanding account recovery team to improve our clients' cash flow.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and notify consumers of delinquent accounts by utilizing a variety of technologies and search tools
- Advising consumers of strategies for debt repayment
- Arrange for and negotiate debt repayment schedules
- Administer appropriate correspondence, payments and schedules for the handling of consumer debt repayment
Skills:
Requirements
- Experience in consumer or commercial collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PC use while interacting with software and consumers
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor and excellent attendance
- Maintain a professional manner while interacting with consumers, clients and peers
- Creative and innovative problem solver and troubleshooter
- Experience with collection software, especially CollectOne
- High energy and competitive
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Base hourly rate (based on experience) plus commission and incentives

Account Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and competitive person for this fast paced, goal oriented role in business- to- business sales.
Responsibilities:
- Service new and existing clients
- Phone, internet and personal prospecting
- Develop and qualify leads (including inbound inquiries
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Close deals
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Independently manage schedule and work plan (approximately 75% to 80% of schedule is out of office activity
- Need to be available for occasional, regional travel (primarily automobile)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Familiar with contact management systems
- Bilingual/Spanish
- Business/Marketing Classes
- Computer/Internet skills
